Abstract

The paper shows the possibility of applying the idea of MAAS (mobility as a service) as a means of preventing the permanent tendency of reduction of volumes of transportations of passengers in intercity communication. In this regard, it is proposed to introduce innovative approaches in this area, in particular, in order to improve the quality of transport services to the population and accessibility of territories. For this purpose, within the framework of the intercity mobility mechanism, subsystems are being developed that allow determining the possibility of carrying out intercity passenger transport on request with the required level of comfort. In addition, the work evaluates the integral indicator of ride comfort and considers the influence of various factors on it, such as the occupancy of the rolling stock, the waiting time for the bus from the moment of request, as well as the type of rolling stock. The basis for creating models is GIS programming and fuzzy logic device. Satellite monitoring data is used as the source data. When combined, these subsystems will allow formulating practical recommendations to ensure the desired level of comfort when traveling, determine the dynamic cost of travel and increase the availability of certain regions of the Russian Federation.
