Abstract

Zhan, Y.Z., 2020. Mechanism and spatial spillover effect of co-aggregation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau greater bay area marine industry. In: Bai, X. and Zhou, H. (eds.), Advances in Water Resources, Environmental Protection, and Sustainable Development. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 115, pp. 256-258. Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.In the industrial research system of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, on the one hand, industrial agglomeration affects the economy through scale effects and knowledge spillovers. On the other hand, an increase in the level of agglomeration will also lead to an increase in industrial agglomeration. The discharge of pollutants is spatially related to environmental pollution. Therefore, for the marine industry, whether the degree of agglomeration will also have an impact on the marine environmental pollution; whether this effect is also spatially relevant. The spatial spillover effect of marine industrial agglomeration in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area on marine environmental pollution is analyzed.
