Abstract

We propose a method for quantitative description of the interconnected electromagnetic, thermal, diffusion, and mechanical processes in solids with a gaseous admixture under the action of external thermal infrared radiation. We investigate the influence of the energy and spectral characteristics of the external radiation on the parameters of the processes under consideration, in particular, on the variation in the concentration of the admixture.
