Abstract

The mechanical device for pressure loading of hollow cylindrical structures is described. The design is based on the principle of a kinematic increase in load over the specimen fracture area in the loading mechanism. This area of the device is filled with an elastoplastic incompressible material. The device can be employed in the development and design of hollow cylindrical structures and shells.
