Abstract
At present, the development of potted flower seedling transplanting technology at home and abroad is an important measure to comply with the trend of the high growth rate of potted flower production, solve the existing low productivity problems and promote the modernization of potted flower planting in China. It has a profound influence on the transplanting mechanism of potted flower seedlings which have good stability, easy diffusion, and a good development environment. In the PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) system, the instructions and output of the seedlings and seedlings are input and the manipulator is controlled by the manipulator. The cylinder is driven by the mechanical arm, and the refreshed program order reissues the instruction task. In this design, the greenhouse flower seedling transplanter has the functions of grasping seedlings, transporting seedlings, and placing seedlings. During the transplanting process, PLC software is used to control the air cylinder and various motors to drive each working part, so that the transplanting process can be carried out in order and the precise transplanting of flower seedlings can be completed.
