Abstract

The Development of powder metallurgy in the manufacturing of industrial products necessitates more investigation into pre processes and also into the behavior of P/ M parts. Porous metallic materials are produced only by powder metallurgy methods, due to the nature of the method and its ability in controlling the amount, size and distribution of porosity. Among porous metallic materials, bronze P/ M parts have interest and industrial applications. In this project, the mechanical and metallurgical behavior of sintered porous bronze powder has been studied.
