Abstract

This study aimed to measure the level of motivation at work among teachers of disabled students from their points of view. The study sample comprised (71) male and female teachers of disabled students. The researchers chose them intentionally, considering the variables of the type of centre (public and private) and scientific qualification (Diploma, Bachelor, and Postgraduate Studies). The current study is a descriptive study aimed at measuring the level of motivation at work among teachers of students with disabilities from their point of view. To achieve the objective of the study, the researchers developed an instrument to measure their level of motivation. The researchers used arithmetic means, T-Test, ANOVA, and Scheffet's Test. The results of the study showed that the level of motivation at work among teachers of disabled students was an average of (4.14) with a high rating degree. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the (T) test at the level of significance (α = 0.05) because of the centre type variable. The researchers relied on the results of the (ANOVA) and Scheffee's Test, for dimensional comparisons. The results showed the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of motivation at work among teachers of disabled students following the scientific qualification variable.
