Abstract
Magnetic anistropy, and temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility, are measured between room temperature and 1.3°K on Bi 2Te 3, Sb 2Te 3 and several intermetallic compounds of them. A special temperature dependence for the compound 7(Bi 2Te 3) - 2(Sb 2Te 3) has been found. The results have been compared with earlier measurements by Mansfield.
