Abstract

Investigations are carried out which show that, when using an adequate mathematical model, by solving the appropriate electrodynamic equations, including the results of experimental measurements by the eddy-current method, one can separately determine the thickness and electrical conductivity of nonmagnetic materials and samples in the form of plates, tapes, and foils.
