Abstract
Detections have been made of the interstellar /sup 13/CH/sup +/ satellite lines of lambda4232 in high-resolution spectra of 20 Tau, xi Per and zeta Oph and of lambda3957 in zeta Oph that were taken using a Reticon detector. These detections lead to /sup 12/CH/sup +///sup 13/CH/sup +/ abundance ratios of 49(+12, -8), 59(+24, -13), and 77(+17, -12) for the 20 Tau, xi Per, and zeta Oph clouds, respectively.
