Abstract
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) develops and refines measurements in the physical sciences and engineering to support a wide variety of standardization activities. NIST's Research Information Center (RIC) supports the Institute's research by matching its information collections to the needs of NIST scientists and engineers and by providing specialized information services.
