Measurement of the beam position monitor electronics sensitivity for PEFP 100-MeV linac and beam line

Abstract

The proton engineering frontier project (PEFP) is developing a 20-mA, 100-MeV proton linac and 10 beam lines for 20 MeV and 100 MeV proton beams. The strip line type was selected for the proton linac and beam line BPM (Beam position monitor). That will be installed five beam-line BPMs and nine linac BPMs. After fabrication of to the BPMs, those were checked their electrical performance in the RF test and Beam test. This paper was summarized results of the pickup sensitivity and Log-ratio BPM electronics calibration.
