Abstract

“Real 3D-data” of a specimen in a scanning electron microscope (SEM) are determined, using a self-illuminated dot, shifted in the virtual images of holograms, composed from ordinary SEM pictures. It is considered how the different optical projections in a SEM and in viewing the holographic images will affect the measurement.
