Abstract
The article describes a two-component aerodynamic tensometric balance for measuring steady and low-frequency nonsteady aerodynamic forces and moments acting on the investigated object with specified regularity of nonuniformity of the oncoming flow, in particular in case of vertical and/or horizontal sinusoidal or random gusts. The article explains the main demands on the design so as to enhance the accuracy and reliability of measurements, and also design solutions ensuring that the requirements are met.
