Abstract

A 51-year-old woman present with bilateral acute primary angle-closure glaucoma. Glaukomflecken were prominent. Anterior lens growth in front of the glaukomflecken was measured 12 years later. Lens thickness is important in the pathogenesis of acute primary angle closure, and lens growth can become significant with time in eyes already at risk.
