Abstract
In the present paper, we estimate ages of the detached systems in paper (Ⅲ), calculate characteristic times of synchronization for each normal component in the binaries, according to Zahn's dynamical tide mechanism and Tassoul's purely hydrodynamic theory.Furthermore, we compare the age of each component and its theoretical characteristic times of synchronization, analyze the synchronization property of each star. Basically, we find that the predictions of the dynamical tide theory are in good agreement with observational data while the predicted characteristic times of synchronization by the purely hydrodynamic theory are evidently too short to fit the observations. Therefore, we conclude that dynamical tide is one of the most effective synchronization mechanisms for the early-type components in close binary systems.
