Abstract

SynopsisWe measured and analyzed the emission spectrum of laser-produced Ni plasma in the range of 7-14 nm. The dominant transition arrays were identified as 3p63dn−3p63dn−1f and 3p53dn+1−3p53dn4f from Ni6+ to Ni9+ ions with aid of the Hartree-Fock calculations with configuration interaction effects. The plasma parameters have been obtained by comparison of experimental and simulated spectrum based on a steady-state collisional-radiative (CR) model.
