Abstract
AbstractThe performance of a double‐Y balun feeding a resistive V‐dipole is evaluated via antenna‐pattern measurements. An optical link is constructed for containing the feedline radiation to a laser receiver unit and the antenna under test (AUT), hence avoiding the uncertainty caused by cable radiation in a conventional antenna pattern‐measurement setup. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
