Abstract

An estimated 70 to 90 percent of patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) suffer from insomnia, say researchers in Rome, Italy, who tested the sleep quality of some patients with an antidepressant recently approved by the Food and Drug Administration for MDD treatment. Their findings are published in the British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology.
