Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the production and physical characteristics of CCN-51 clonal cacao fruits through linear regression models, submitted to irrigation slides and nitrogen doses. For the data collection, four irrigation slides were applied, using the crude irrigation blade (LB), being 0,6 LB; 0,8 LB; 1 LB and 1,2 LB. The crude lamina measured through the water evaporation readings in a class "A" tank installed in the rural property. The fertilizer doses applied were 70, 100, 130 and 160% of the nitrogen (N) recommended for the cocoa crop in traditional regions. The experimental design was a 4 x 4 factorial, resulting in 16 treatments. The proposed regression models estimated 39, 85 Un. Fruit-1; 56, 25 g.fruit-1 and 1649, 23 kg ha-1 for the number of seeds (Un), Average weight (g) and productivity (kg ha-1) respectively.
