Abstract
We establish necessary and sufficient conditions for the maximal operator of Walsh–Nörlund means with non-increasing weights to be bounded from the dyadic Hardy space \(H_{p}(\mathbb{I})\) to the space \( L_{p}(\mathbb{I})\).
