Abstract

In combination with the actual situation and the characteristics of the railway station business district in China, we formed the railway station business district maturity model, and applied both entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the station business district maturity model evaluation. The establishment of entropy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for a large number of fuzzy factors existing in the railway station business district can increase the scientific nature and the reliability of the evaluation results. This article, using the method to evaluate Beijing railway station, Beijing west railway station, Shanghai railway station and Shanghai Hongqiao railway station business district, then makes an example to verify the accuracy of the results, and puts forward the development strategy of Hongqiao railway station.
