Abstract

Mesenteric teratoma in an adult is a rare tumor. We report a case of an adult female patient who was referred to our hospital with the complaint of nonspecific abdominal pain. Radiological work-up disclosed mature cystic teratoma of the mesentery. This patient is doing well at follow-up. The purpose of this report is to familiarize the radiologists with the characteristic imaging appearances of this tumour, which is rare.
