Abstract
These considerations of gender ideology and all its variants cultural transformations have intruded on gender identity and presented as assets that determine the sexual expression of human beings, bypassing multifactorial events that explain the sexual behavior of homo sapiens. Therefore, in this article the precepts of sociology and philosophy with regard to sexuality and gay marriage specifically analyzed. Once sparked debate from philosophy and sociology reveal the dilemmas that bioethics, biolaw comprise alarms, with the help of international human rights law plainly demonstrates that redefining marriage for couples of a same sex. These dilemmas that arise in everyday discourse as a problem, attempting resolved through two solutions unacceptable. And by choosing one of the two no conformity; generating doubts between the two alternatives. Subsequently, it highlights the possible Biojuridica mutability of the institution of marriage in Colombia, before the paradigmatic changes in the regulatory context of the global society.
