Abstract

The article deals with the spacecraft’s waveguide paths elements obtaining permanent joints problem, for which the electron beam welding application is proposed. Along with electron beam welding advantages lots, there are also some peculiarities. The main features one is the technological parameters’ effective values selection complexity. In this paper, a functional is proposed that makes it possible to evaluate the technological process efficiency based on the welded structures geometric and thermophysical parameters. The functional operates with energy distribution mathematical models proposed by the authors. In the experimental studies process, the technological parameters finding the optimal values process is shown. The proposed approach application will allow creating more advanced systems for automating the creating permanent joints processes by the electron beam welding method.
