Abstract

In Eulerian variables the mathematical model for calculating the hydrodynamic and thermal parameters of the dispersed mixture are presented. The mathematical model is based on the use of Eulerian description of mass conservation, the amount of motion for liquid and solid, recorded in the framework of the theory of interacting continuums. The turbulent characteristics of the gas are calculated using a modified transport model of the Reynolds stress tensor components, taking into account the presence of solid phase in the medium. The model allows to investigate the effect of non-isotropy of turbulent fluctuations of particle velocities, the ratio of the thermal properties of the particle material and the carrier gas on the intensity of momentum, heat and mass transfer in the dispersed phase.
