Abstract

Analysis and mathematical modeling of outbreaks of infectious diseases play an important role in planning the response of the regional authorities and the health system to the epidemic. The article discusses models of the epidemic spread of viral diseases, the dynamics of which are described by SIR-SEIR systems of differential equations in partial derivatives among the population of a large industrial region. The main goal of the authors of the methodology was to provide the necessary information for planning and decision-making in the regional health system.
