Abstract
The objective of this paper is to establish mathematical model and study combined effect of electrical discharge machining process parameters on material removal rate, tool wear rate and surface roughness of Aluminium hybrid composites. The hybrid composite is consisting of Aluminium alloy (AC2B) as metal matrix material reinforced with combined equal weight percentage of silicon carbide (5-15 wt%) and graphite particles (5-15 wt%). The specimen of hybrid composites are manufactured by stir casting method and machined by electrical discharge machining process. Furthermore, it is subjected to the mathematical analysis and analysis of variance as well.
