Abstract

Theoretical modeling research was carried out on the integrated structure of air spring shock absorbers, the elasticity and stiffness characteristics of the gas spring were deduced, in order to improve the accuracy of the simulation calculation, the damping characteristics of the damping valve were divided into three stages according to the valve opening state, and the analytic expressions of the damping coefficients of the compression and recovery strokes of each section were derived respectively. By programmatically simulating the characteristic curve of the air spring, the effects of excitation frequency, amplitude and initial inflation pressure on the characteristics of the spring were compared and analyzed, the results could be used to guide the design of the air spring.
