Abstract

The calculation of the kinetics of freeze drying in Python for materials of various structures was implemented. The features of mathematical modeling of the kinetics of freeze drying for a hemostatic sponge based on sodium alginate, foamed gelatin and a hardened emulsion of glycerin in water are considered. An approach is proposed for combining the mathematical model of the kinetics of freeze drying and CFD modeling of gas dynamics in laboratory and industrial devices. The effect of the uneven removal of water vapor on the drying rate of materials located at different distances from the condenser was studied.
