Abstract

The suggested model of changing the processed products’ reliability level is based on the volume of tests, applied types of updates and test conditions considered as antithetic events by random and nonrandom failures. The mathematical model of changing the reliability level is based on use of the total probability formula. It is shown that the mathematical model of the reliability level growth depends irregularly on different types of updates and different test conditions.
