Abstract
This article deals with the problem of the mathematical model development linking the magnetron sputtering technological parameters with the complex dielectric constant of thin zinc oxide films. Computational procedures to calculate the regression equation coefficients are given. The equipment to obtain zinc oxide thin films using the method of reactive magnetron sputtering is described.
