Abstract

We simulated a mathematical model to the real behavior of the bioreactor in the anaerobic methanogenic phase. This coupled model is composed of a bi-phase basis of the conservation of matter, energy and thermodynamic functions we adopted the model of Van Genuchten and a biological model based on the model of Monod, this model takes into account the bacterial activity , biological behavior and concentrations deferent components. Using the finite volume method for conservation equations and the method of Rang-Kutta for biological equations.
