Abstract
This paper deals with further education of women on maternity or parental leave and after their termination. The paper is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part generally deals with the overall concept of lifelong learning from an early age and its forms. The empirical part describes in detail the methodology of the research and interprets the analysed data. These are quantitative research surveys. In the final discussion, the findings are compared with the already existing knowledge and suggestions for further examination or new discussion are presented.
