Abstract
The multidisciplinary inputs required to assemble and implement a fracture control plan for analysis of fracture-sensitive structures are classified and organized into a systematic order using the principles of fracture mechanics. Identification of these inputs and their relative contribution to the plan considerably facilitate communication among the disciplines contributing to the plan and lead to a format amenable to quantification for certain applications.
