Abstract

The article is dedicated to the study of the formation of social competence in future educators within the context of modern education. It examines key methods and approaches used for developing social skills in college students, including case methods, problem-based learning, project work, and mentoring. The influence of personal qualities such as empathy, responsibility, and self-regulation on the success of pedagogical activities is analyzed. The article also discusses the characteristics of the contemporary educational context, including the requirements of digital communication and cultural diversity. The findings of the study confirm the effectiveness of a comprehensive approach that combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills, aimed at preparing students for professional pedagogical practice.
