Abstract

In recent years, the rash improvement of mobile Internet and the widely use of smart phone make the Mobile Application(App) services develop rapidly. Along with the development, it occur some undesirable phenomena in some mobile App service(MAPPS) providers and consumers' trading actions, such as reputation hyping, reputation collusion, and reputation defaming, and so on. Aim at these problems, this paper proposed a reputation computing model named MASPRep for MAPPS providers, taking the APP services price, credibility of consumers' feedbacks, and collusion factors into account, to help consumers deal with honest MAPPS providers. In test experiments, we used the trading data from real MAPPS platform, and define the reputation computing error (RCE) parameter to check the validity of our model. The experimental results show this MASPRep model can effectively counter against the collusion attacks and defaming attacks, it has lower RCE value while compare with the SPORAS, AVG and C2CRep model.
