Abstract

Maspin, a serin protease inhibitor is differentially expressed among different types of cancer. Only few data concerning the expression of maspin in ovarian cancer (OC) do exist. To find out if maspin could serve as an prognostic marker in OC patients; this study evaluates the maspin expression (ME) and its correlation to tumor clinical-pathological factors and survival.
