The potential of digital technology is efficiently utilized in many sectors of the contemporary, developing world. In particular, the fact that the educational system is providing more and more of these chances each day helps to uphold the right to education. We are aware that the coronavirus epidemic, which has had devastating effects on all of mankind over the past two years, has also brought to light a number of issues in the area of education that have not yet been fully handled. In the context of a protracted pandemic, distance education has become the only way to continue the educational process. Without a doubt, the usage of IT tools and digital learning environments is crucial in providing high-quality remote education. Because this form of education is unimaginable without them. This article discusses how the possibilities of remote education have increased as a result of the development of digital technologies, which is vital in maintaining the right to higher education. It does so based on the perspectives of local and international scientists as well as legislative documents.
