Masa kerja dan keluhan low back pain pada pekerja di bagian operasional tambang PT. Stargate Pasific Resources Konawe Utara

Abstract

Introduction: The concept of Precede-Procede Model purposed by Lawrence Green. This theory stated that healthy problem /diagnosis epidemiologist occur caused by human behavior itself and the external factor such as environment. In this case, the low back pain is caused by the work attitude which is not argonomic and other environment factors. Methods: The method which was used in this study was a quantitative cross- sectional study. The research sample was 70 respondents. The research instrument by using Nordic Body Map Questionnaire as measuring tool in research. Results: Workers who have complaints of low back pain are 61.43%. Test results of chi square test showed statistically is no significant correlation between time duration of work with complaints of low back pain,p-value=0.299. There is no significant relationship between age with complaints of low back pain, p-vlue value = 0.189. Conclusions: There is statistically no significant relationship between time duration of work and age with complaints of low back pain at PT. Stargate Pasific Resources Konawe.
