Abstract
The article is devoted to one of the most significant administrative thinkers - Mary Parker Follett. In the article there are considered the main ideas that she formulated in her papers. It is shown how she developed the principles of integration and how any conflict of interests should be resolved. M. Follett's pioneer idea - participation of workers in management is considered.
