Abstract
The results of high-dose chemoradiotherapy and marrow transplantation from an HLA-identical sibling for various stages and types of leukemia and lymphoma are summarized. It has been shown that marrow transplantation can be carried out successfully using partially matched family members or matched unrelated donors. Some of the complications of marrow transplantation are discussed.
