Abstract

This study was carried out in order to test the affect of Bacillus thuringiensis against Oriental Fruit Moth (OFM) ( Cydia molesta Busck) in a peach orchard at Ataturk Horticultural Research Central Institute in Yalova in 2002-2006 years. The experiment was arranged in randomised block design with 4 and 6 replicates, 9 trees were accepted as a plot. As a result of spraying test, the effectiveness of Bacillus thuringiensis at 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3% and 0.4% dosages were 25%, 60%, (67, 61.1%) and (74, 62.54%) respectively. The effectiveness of Etogrowth at 0, 2% dosage was found to be 34% and considering this effects insecticide was not taken experiment again.
