At the same time, half of the respondents were employed until war beginning but were not working at the time of the survey, mostly due to family responsibilities. It was found that the majority of respondents need psychological help or are hesitant about this issue, while the respondents named housing needs, income level and labor activity, social assistance and services as the most urgent and priority needs for nowadays. The need to intensify the implementation of state documents on gender equality at the regional level has been established. Further research will be devoted to the analysis of the state of implementation of the National Action Plan for the implementation of the recommendations of the UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women.
