Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of business processes in the enterprise. The main attention is paid to the diagnosis of business processes - to understand what processes exist in the company, what violations, limitations, extra costs are in these processes. And only after that it is necessary to put forward offers to their change and improvement. Analysis of processes and the impact of their effectiveness on the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole is the basis for the formation of enterprise development strategy. Increased competition, high growth rates and increased requirements for the organization of the management process encourage business leaders to reconsider methods of assessing performance. Given the fact that in large organizations, existing business processes are complex and multifaceted, it is possible to conclude that the implementation and change of business processes in them are strategic, as they require a significant amount of time and lead to significant change. their internal environment, which also requires its account in the analysis and modernization of activities.
