Abstract
The results are given of a detailed spectrophotometric and morphological investigation of the galaxy Markaryan 907. The material was obtained with the 6-m telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory of the USSR Academy of Sciences and the 2.6-m telescope of the Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory. The relative intensities of the emission lines were used to determine the abundance of heavy elements, the masses, and the filling factors of the ionized gas, the number of 09 stars, and the rate of Star formation in six condensations in the galaxy. It is shown that Markaryan 907 is an interacting double system. The southern component of the pair is an SBb galaxy with powerful nucleus; the northern component is a blue dwarf galaxy consisting of three individual condensations. Two H II regions have been identified in the spiral galaxy.
