Abstract

Este artículo muestra el paralelismo entre Mario Vargas Llosa y Francisco Umbral, dos autores contemporáneos, cuyos encuentros bio-bibliográficos en lo vocacional, familiar, personal e íntimo confluyen en un cordón umbilical común: la mujer, como materia prima de sus experiencias totales y de su concepción literaria.
