Abstract

The criteria for diagnosis of cystic fibrosis-related diabetes (CFRD) are a fasting blood glucose ≥7.0 mmol/L and/or a glucose of 11.1 mmol/L following an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). Yet, no studies have compared the contributions of fasting versus post-prandial glucose elevations to the diagnosis of incident CFRD.
