Abstract
In this article, we obtain weak type (1, 1) and strong type (p, p) (1 < p < ∞) inequalities for Marcinkiewicz integrals with non-smooth kernels on spaces of homogeneous type. Moreover, we also prove the Lp-boundedness of commutators of BMO functions and Marcinkiewicz integrals on spaces of homogeneous type.
