Abstract

For the purposes of this study, to prepare for emergencies on domestic demand inundation and the breaking of an river levee by extraordinary flood and local torrential rainfalls, producing a inundation damage prediction map through the analysis result of external demand inundation in inland and demand inundation data. This is in order to protect their lives and property through a rapid deal with residents of the damaged district. To calculate these aspects of flooding scope efficiently, in case of actual inundation Gangneung City Gangwon Province were studied to reflect the extent of damage by frequency using one-dimensional HEC-RAS model and tow-dimensional XP-SWMM. Based on the CAD and GIS, which is presented through this study or existing similar research, using Arcmap program that can be create frequency map. Further, in order to reflect the target area we are scanning the high-resolution satellite images in the flooded region with more enhanced the accuracy and emphasis on increasing the utilization of a more efficient flood damage prediction map to the downtown area.
